LIFESTYLE CHANGE, NUTRITIONAL, AND SUPPLEMENTATION COUNSELLING
We believe that the road to optimum health and disease-free life is not just about treating the symptoms and curing diseases. To maintain health and wellness of one’s body, we must embark on a lifestyle change through a healthy diet, exercise and vitamin supplements too. Making a lifestyle change is challenging, especially when you want to transform many things at once.
Nutritional and Supplementation Counselling
We provide personalized consultation to each individual patient on their daily diet according to the lifestyle that they lead, along with the necessary supplements that they need to be at their best performance and health. The first session would require painting a detailed picture of your lifestyle, eating habits, all corresponding to the diagnostics process on the state of your health. Through this process we are able to help patients identify and avoid unnecessary or harmful foods specifically to them. Patients will also be advised on which vitamins are best to supplement their diet. Basically, patients will be given a tailor-made plan of action knowing exactly what to do next.
Importance of Dental and Oral Health
Poor oral health and untreated oral diseases can have a significant impact on quality of life. In many cases, the condition of the mouth mirrors the condition of the body as a whole. Each tooth is inextricably linked to a specific organ and part of the body. One of the most prevalent theories is that oral bacteria are escaping into the bloodstream where it can affect other organs in the body. It is well documented that gum disease can increase the risk of various types of cancer, heart disease, stroke and preterm low-birth-weight babies.
At TJF, we would always stress the importance of seeing a good dentist and apply a two-part approach to achieving oral health. The first part of this approach focuses on what can be done in the mouth to create greater oral health as well as holistic wellness. The second perspective focuses on tools and techniques that raise immunological health. We also strongly advise our patients against having a root canal procedure, due to the carcinogenic secretions entering the lymphatic system.
In addition to the main alternative therapies recommended to our patients, they will also be advised on optional extra healing or detoxification treatments such as coffee enema or hydro colon, to maximize the effectiveness of their primary one.
Lifestyle change is a process that takes time and requires support. Once patients are ready to make a change, the difficult part is committing and following through. Here at The Jasmin Foundation we are prepared to accompany you in that journey one step at a time.
